Manaso Howard Maimela – Director of Noko Maimela Incorporated

Howard Maimela established Noko Maimela Incorporated in 1999 with the sole purpose of offering quality and multidisciplinary services to both corporate and public institutions. He served as a consultant at various government and mining houses where he was responsible for contract management and compliance. He also sat on the board of Marula Platinum Mine and played an important role in ensuring that the interests of the communities are protected.

In 2005, Howard was appointed to co-ordinate a course on the drafting of Insolvency Law offered by the Law Society of South Africa to Candidate Attorneys at Polokwane Law School. He served as a member of the Limpopo Development Tribunal and Township Board, to which he was duly appointed by the MEC for Local Government and Housing. In 2008, he was appointed to serve on the Tax board where he adjudicated tax disputes. He was also admitted to practice in the High Court by virtue of the certificate issued by the registrar in accordance eith the Right of Appearance in Courts Act 62 of 1995.
